I don't know how to sew. I never took home economics in school.(I was taking typing thinking a reporter doesn't need to know how to sew. How wrong I was.)
I was about to take a blazer to the dry cleaners just to sew a button on. Then I thought "that's ridiculous!" Surely it can't be too hard.
In this year of firsts, I will tackle sewing on a button properly. First I had to buy a sewing kit. Then I studied some youtube videos on the subject.
Well, I've discovered one thing. You can find a video on the internet to show you how to do almost anything. And two: it's not hard to sew a button.
My next big domestic challenge? : Learning how to fold a fitted sheet. Stay tuned.
