Day 33 of Firsts: Be A Clown

At the height of laughter, the universe is flung into a kaleidoscope of new possibilities. ~Jean Houston

Shobo DA Clown invited me to come to a meeting of Kapo's Gang tonight in Mt. Laurel New Jersey.  I had no idea what I was in for.

Every month they meet to talk about how to be the best clown they can be. It's all about entertaining children. Tonight's educational meeting was about makeup. Apparently, the most important thing to remember: Don't scare the Kids! Sandy Smith explains.

Of course I volunteered to get into the act.  Here's my before  and after videos:

Of course every clown should be able to  make a few balloon animals.  Jo Jo the clown gives me a lesson.

My clown name is going to be LU LU. I'll let you know when I make my first clown appearance.
(You should have seen the face of the bridge toll collector when he saw me headed home in full makeup without the wig)
